To exchange an item for a different size.

SHIPPING

Our shipping charges are $10 CAD for all orders in Canada and $30 CAD for all orders in the United States.

With Canada Post 

-for Quebec (1-3 business days)

-for the rest of Canada (2-7 business days)

- for the United States (3-10 business days)

*** there can always be exceptions to the deadlines (out of our control)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

(If a package is lost or stolen , you have to call the shipping company to find a solution ( unfortunately Evoque Mtl is not responsible)

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
(unless there is a DEFECT)
